In early April 2019, I spent a week exploring and photographing sites throughout North Dakota, covering nearly 2,000 miles and culminating in a visiting artist presentation at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. I was nearly blown away in the wide open landscape and narrowly dodged a spring squall that dumped 8 inches of snow.
