In the Clouds, 20 x 30 in. archival pigment prints, 2010 For my piece,  In the Clouds , I combined Facebook status updates with pictures of the sky. As a Facebook user myself, I am often surprised by what my friends and others feel like they need to share with others. I began archiving my favorite status updates. At the same time, rather than post my own update, I would go outside and make a photograph of the sky. The ten framed pieces are installed in a sequence that suggests the possibility of a single narrator and their posts throughout one day.
